Stylish Spacious 4 Bed Townhouse near station with Parking & High Speed WiFi

Thank you for a lovely stay while attending a family wedding. We had rather a long drive from Essex and torrential rain made it even longer. Property was very spacious and generally cleanish

Beds did not have clean sheets in the double rooms and pillows smelled like someone had slept there with hair on the sheets and pillows slips! Downstairs toilet actually had poo in the toilet brush and holder. Which I cleaned because I couldn’t stand it being there while we stayed! I didn’t have time to call to ask for a clean because we had a full weekend. Hand wash dispensers had no soap In any one of the bathrooms. The advert also mentioned bathroom toiletries of which there were none. I’m not so bothered about that as I prefer my own brands. But maybe don’t advertise if that’s not what you provide. No dish cloth in the kitchen but again not a huge problem.

Really comfortable large beds. Plenty of space for us all. Excellent location, close to all amenities.

We had a small problem but the host was immediately contactable and did all she could to address it. She was great.

The location for what we needed

The lack of cleanliness in the kitchen and downstairs floors. No cleaning products present as stated in the particulars. The garden could not be used due to the grass being over 1 foot high along with large nettles and weeds. The weather was great but we could not use outside space as advertised.
