Les explications et la communication claires, la salle de bains, lits confortables. Assez bien placé pour visiter Londres.
Manque de propreté général: fenêtres, coussins du canapé très sales, grosse tâche sur un drap, interrupteurs etc... Vétusté: moquettes, 2 stores cassés, parties communes. Stores non occultants donc réveillés très tôt... Beaucoup de bruits d'avion.

L'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement suffisamment spacieux pour 4. Tout le materiel nécessaire pour bien en profiter cuisine, salle de bain, séjour chambre. Réactivité de l'équipe en charge du logement.
Pas de climatisationavec des journées à 30 degrés , obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit malgré 2 ventilateurs mis a disposition dans l'appartement du coup les stores claquent contre les fenêtres ce qui était gênant pour bien dormir mais ces températures restent exceptionnelles pour une ville comme Londres.
