Le quartier de Santa Croce où est l'appartement est un peu à labri du tourisme tout en etant proche du centre ville à pied. Le marché de San Ambrogio donne envie d'acheter les produits typiquement italiens. L'appartement était propre, les lits confortables. La rue devant l'appartement est très peu passante.
L'humidité et l'odeur de moisi et de renfermé en arrivant, le manque de fenêtre pour regarder dehors. Pas de micro onde. Dommage aussi qu'il faille passer par la salle de bain pour aller dans les toilettes. La gymnastique pour ouvrir le rideau et la fenêtre au-dessus de la porte.

My stay in Florence was perfect and I have nothing to complain about. The location is great; it's possible to walk to Galleria degli Uffizi, Galleria dell’Academia and Duomo (17 minutes approximately), everything I needed was nearby – restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. On the two occasions I requested a taxi, it arrived in 2-3 minutes. I hope to return soon!

Once booked and dealing with them was great. Responded and was accommodating with travel plan delays. We appreciated that.

L'emplacement est idéal. Un parking est disponible non loin de là. Ca fait 2 fois que nous venons dans cet appartement. On a nos habitudes
Le lit avais 3 lattes de cassées. Ca faisait un trou juste au niveau des fesses du coup je les ai déplacées au pieds du lit. J'ai trouvé un objet personnel sous le lit que nous avons détruit.. cette annee était particulièrement humide..
