Thank you very much for this opportunity. I liked the location the best and the magical air. I felt like home there. All around green subtropical forest with kaki, tangerine, hazelnut and other exotic trees. Levani made wi-fi enhancement for me to sit and work in Bamboo furnished outdoor veranda. All rooms have mosquito nets, but better carry insect repellent with you. During my stay there were no other guests, so I found easy to get the use of the common bathroom, kitchen and fridge any time I need. The host is very disciplined and takes good care of the house. Everything is well maintained and taken care of. My plan was to visit nearby areas Petra fortress, Petra beach, Banana Forest, Bamboo beach, and Kobuleti, but you'd better include Botanical garden as well. So this house is close to all those places and you don't overpay to taxis for traveling around. I used Yandex taxi to get back straight home in the evenings. The nearest shop and bus stop are 10 minutes away taking you to the nearby beaches or towns in and around Batumi.

The house is overlooking to the central highway connecting Batumi to Tbilisi, so speedy traffic noise all day and night, though starting from the 2nd day it becomes like a white noise in the background. Good point is that it'd insulate guest rooms if more people living at home. Also, I'm used to sleeping on the mattress, but in village homes in this region they also use wool tops on the mattress, which was not so comfortable.

​L'alloggio non si trova in pieno centro, ma la posizione è comunque comoda e strategica: in soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia la fermata dell'autobus sia un minimarket davvero ben fornito di tutto il necessario. Gli spostamenti sono facilissimi e i bus passano in continuazione sia verso il centro di Kobuleti sia verso Batumi. Inoltre, con una bellissima passeggiata si arriva a raggiungere una splendida spiaggia della zona: la Banana Forest. ​La vera forza di questo posto, però, è l'atmosfera e la gente: la zona è tranquillissima, rilassante e circondata da un calore umano incredibile. I vicini sono favolosi: ogni volta che mi vedevano camminare a piedi, le auto di passaggio si fermavano per offrirmi un passaggio, tanto che spesso non ho nemmeno avuto bisogno di prendere l'autobus! I vicini mi hanno persino invitata a casa loro per un tè. ​I proprietari della guest house sono fantastici, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Mi hanno invitata a prendere il caffè da loro, mi hanno offerto baklava e altri cibi deliziosi e mi hanno accompagnata a mostrami un vecchio pozzo per prendere l'acqua. La cucina della struttura non è del tutto attrezzata, ma basta chiedere: i proprietari fanno di tutto per aiutarti e risolvere ogni esigenza. Quando ho avuto bisogno di pentole, bicchieri e stoviglie, me le hanno fornite senza problemi. ​Un'esperienza fantastica che consiglio a tutti, ci tornerei subito!
