Superbly appointed apartment in central Melbourne CBD location. Close to city, gardens, public transport and cafes/restaurants. Personal communication arranged via the secure Booking.com terms. Flexible and helpful host and property manager

The host is very helpful and very attentive and responsive. Everything you needed to stay comfortably was there. It was nice and peaceful specially when you walk into the lobby and back into your apartment, it’s as almost you are living there on your own so peaceful. It was quiet soothing and relaxing coming from the busy outside city. We stayed with my son who is Autistic so the calming vibe of this apartment was great for him. The location was prime!!!! It is close to everything walking distance to CBD, crown, restaurants, supermarkets. You name it don’t really need to drive just walk!
It’s just minor the kitchen sinks hot water wasn’t working but understood that it was in the process of being fixed no big deal.
