Gute und ruhige Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, wir wurden vorab vom Vermieter super informiert, das Schlafzimmer samt Balkon und Ess- / Wohnzimmer war gemütlich und relativ neu eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem (zumindest für uns 😁).
Bad und Küche haben leider die besten Zeiten schon hinter sich, die Ausstattung war ja voll o.k., aber es sollte hier gründlicher gereinigt werden. Die vielen Spinnweben und der Schimmel in der Dusche (an der Decke) waren nicht so toll.
Eingangstüre zur Wohnung nur eine alte Innentüre mit riesigem Spalt unten. Leider das alte Haus sehr hellhörig, zumindest von der Wohnung oben hört man fast jedes Geräusch/Wort, nervig wenn die Gäste dann meinen, sie müssen um Mitternacht mit Schuhen durch die Wohnung stöckeln. 🙄
