Apartament jest bardzo komfortowy, pięknie urządzony i ma wszystko, co potrzeba. Łóżko jest wygodne, łazienka czyściutka i nowoczesna oraz kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Lokalizacja jest też bardzo dogodna, "rzut beretem" do centrum. Poza tym okolica spokojna i cicha.
Malutki minus za niski sufit w aneksie sypialnianym, przy wejściu na schody nie ma oznaczenia i łatwo uderzyć się w czaszkę.

Mieszkanie w ciekawym stylu, duże, niedaleko Manufaktury.
Łóżko znajduje się na piętrze/półpiętrze w mieszkaniu, gdzie wchodzi się po stronych schodach i gdzie nie można w pełni się wyprostować. Trochę ryzykownie w nocy.
