Appartement insalubre, nous avons retrouvé plusieurs cafard. Inondations dans l’appartement. Odeur et saleté au sol et au niveau de la cuisine. Nous avons même trouvé une souris !! Photo a l’appui

Dégoûtant.
Présence de souris et de cafards dans l’appartement. Le propriétaire, de mauvaise foi, me propose simplement de mettre des pièges à souris et du fromage pour résoudre le problème, et refuse de rembourser les jours restants.

La propreté était-elle en option ?
L'appartement se situe dans un quartier calme. Le mois d'août permet de se garer facilement.
Il manque beaucoup de choses : - la propreté : le sol était sale, la vaisselle aussi. La cuisine en règle générale. La présence de petits cafards n'est pas anodine... - nous étions 5, il n'y a que 3 cuillères, idem pour les bols et que 4 chaises. Nous avons dû demander des draps et couvertures (propres... car l'autre était tachée) pour le canapé lit.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé le logement, ce bien ne devrait même pas être mis en ligne, insalubre, poussiéreux, gras, sale et j'en passe. La hotte pleine de goutes de gras. Des cafards partout dans la cuisine, dans les chambres; Comment cuisiné? comment dormir serin? Je le signal au propriétaire qui m'indique que le désinsectiseurs est passé il y a deux jours, que les insectes devraient mourir d'ici peu, pourtant chaque jours de plus en plus de cafards. Je n'ai jamais vu un tel logement. A fuir.

Die Zustände waren so grauenhaft, dass wir nicht einmal fünf Minuten dort ausgehalten haben und sofort aus dieser Wohnung geflohen sind. Das war kein Apartment, sondern eine verfallene Bruchbude, völlig ungeeignet für menschlichen Aufenthalt – nicht mal für 10 Minuten! Ich hoffe ernsthaft, dass diese Website solche Höllenlöcher nicht weiter vermietet."
