De locatie en de goede uitleg (via booking) door gastheer voor het parkeren van de auto.

Het bed is een dunne plank. Het pand heeft onderhoud nodig. De badkamer is sochtens lang bezet doordat je deze moet delen met anderen. Douche in een badkuip. De douche hangt aan een gammel houdertje bij je middel.
