Emplacement idéal, proche de la mer en vélo et proche commerces et pistes cyclables. Très calme. Stationnement facile. Très bon rapport qualité prix, bien équipé et propre. Cour fermée pour les vélos. Climatisation. Plage familiale et safe à proximité avec ponton. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour sur l'île.
La mezzanine peut être étouffante malgré la clim et il y a un manque de clarté et de mobilier concernant la terrasse, que nous n'avons de ce fait pas utilisée malheureusement alors que sur l'annonce elle est spécifiée. Il faudrait pouvoir ouvrir la grande fenêtre de la chambre car le velux ne suffit pas pour bien aérer le logement.

Bien équipé ; bien situé (proche des commerces et d’une plage) ; calme ; possibilité de se garer à proximité sans problème ; hôte sympathique et disponible
Même pour des enfants, les couchages sur la mezzanine n'offrent pas le confort attendu pour le prix de la location. De plus, l'absence de rideaux dans la pièce de la mezzanine ne permet pas d'avoir l'obscurité nécessaire au sommeil.
