Cosy for deep sleepers, large groups and people who prefer the night life.

The house was big and warm. Fully furnished with everything one might need for a short stay. Host was friendly and helped us with parking.

Unfortunately, the noise. It was great we were in the centre but the house being on the ground floor next to a bar meant noise non stop. From midnight to morning there was either the bar taking out trash, very drunk people standing outside talking loud or fighting, garbage truck ctr. We did not sleep. Had we known we would have brought earplugs atleast.

Not what we paid for.

It was close to the center of Odense good bakery just around the corner. No parking at all if you have a car its 15 minute walk to some. Close to Hans Cristians Anderson house.

Well to start ,we had booked a newer place in Odense second floor .Upon arrival we had walked 15 minutes with our luggage from the train to our expected rental apt, and when I called to get the in we were told that there was a mixup and we have to go to another location which is this one. We had paid for a better accomodations and got put here ,another 15 minute walk and when we arrived this is very old, bottom floor that has a garbage truck every morning at 5AM right out side our window and there was 5 of us and we had 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to go buy some. Also the shower , the water runs away from the drain all over the floor. We used the dryer and it was so slow it was rediculus so I pulled out the Lint trap and it must have been 3-4 cm thick plugged solid. There was alot of left over food in the fridge from others , he said that this is an upgrade and certainly was NOT what we paid for. The pictures look way better than in person! We had originally booked Kongensgade 67B, 5000 Odense, Denmark

Как бы это ни звучало странно– мне понравилось всё!!!! Для меня было полной неожиданностью, что эти апартаменты находятся на первом этаже, попасть во внутрь не составило труда, хозяин был все время на связи с нами и быстрое реагировал на наши вопросы. Эти апартаменты находка для тех, кому противопоказаны лестницы из-за больных коленей. Коммуникация с хозяином была очень приятной и конструктивной. Апартаменты невероятно позитивные, в доме тепло, светло, отопление регулируется по желанию, удобные спальные места и много места для работы. В доме есть стиральная машина, сушильный аппарат. Так же имеется посуда ( кастрюли и сковородки, стеклянная посуда для напитков, холодильник, фен для сушки волос, запасы туалетной бумаги, интернет 🛜). Деревянные полы и перекрытия из дерева делают это место аутентичным и создают очень классную атмосферу. У меня все время было ощущение дома как родного, мне очень не хотелось уезжать. Я обязательно вернусь, надеюсь, что у меня сложатся к тому обстоятельства, так как я живу в Украине. Хозяину желаю здоровья и благополучия во всем! Благодарю владельца за всё!!! ♥️

Для нас был важен утюг, так как мы приехали в Оденсе по случаю важного события, утюга не было, но это частный случай, возможно люди сейчас мало используют утюги для глажки одежды. Пишу это на тот случай, если вдруг кто-то соберется в этот дом и рассчитывает в нем погладить свою одежду. Уточните с владельцем этот нюанс, думаю это вообще не проблема и все решаемо.

Sehr gemütlich und mit allem, was man braucht . Dazu perfekt gelegen: ruhig und doch absolut. Dazu ein super netter Vermieter - was will man mehr?

Ok overnatning med nogle mangler.

Central placering. Let adgang til letbanen og togstationen. Fint køkken med det udstyr man skulle bruge. God kommunikation med indehaver, da jeg havde brug for at komme ind lidt før tid. Ville jeg book igen ? ja det ville jeg, grundet placering og kundeservice.

Manglede gardiner i opholdsrummet/ køkken. Bedre belysning kunne give noget godt til rummene, men det var funktionelt. Der høre 3 værelser til lejligheden, men da jeg kun rejse 1 pers. Var 2 af værelserne lås af. Her kunne det være dejligt selv at vælge hvor man ville sove, eller at det havde fremgået at man kun betalte for 1 værelse. Her troede at jeg havde betalt for den fulde pakke . Jeg betalte ca. 1700kr for torsdag til lørdag. Tv'et havde lidt problemer i forhold til farveopløsningen, så det var ikke værd at kigge på. Der er vist heller ikke nogle kanaler tilkoblet så du skal selv have noget med. Er man støj følsom er denne lejlighed tæt placeret på byliv og værtshuse, så du kan ikke undgå at få del i denne stemning. Er du glad for et meget varme bad, så er det svært at få tempaturen højt op, men ellers virker det fint. Det kunne være dejligt med et stort spejl og bedre belysning på badeværelset.

Meget central lokation og meget plads eftersom vi kun var 2.

Lejligheden ligger fremragende midt i Odense, og alligevel meget stille. Gode senge. Der var rent, rigeligt med håndklæder og lunt. Fri parkering og vi kunne benytte parkeringen, så længe vi ville på afrejsedagen.

Stuen var i et soveværelse. Den kunne med fordel flyttes til det store køkken. Der manglede natbordslamper og andre lamper, gardin til brusekabinen og diverse udstyr i køkkenet.

Jeg synes det er på grænsen til god stil, ikke at oplyse at den beliggenhed man har bestilt, ikke er den man får. Adressen er en helt anden end der fremgår af beskrivelsen. Jeg er ikke sikker på man må det, vi havde jo specifikt været inde og tjekke at beliggenheden var som vi ønskede den. Der er en helt ulidelig larm på det sted lejligheden er. Fra 4-5 om morgenen. Men maskiner, lastbiler , og containerlåg og flaskecontainere.

Det lå centralt

Der havde været fest nogle dage før vi kom, der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent tiltrods for, at de var bekendte med festlighederne. Der var forsøgt at overdøve røglugten med en masse defuser og luftpinde, hvilket heller ikke var særlig lækkert, hvis man havde haft allergi, kunne man ikke have sovet der.

Beliggenhed var perfekt

Der var ikke gjort ordentligt ren, der mega stank af tobaksrøg, selvom der er rygning forbudt. Man klistrede til gulvene som ikke var gjort rene. Der lå skrald i skufferne, og andres madvare i køleskabet.

Nicht die Wohnung, die man bucht! Achtung!

Die Lage der Ersatzwohnung war gut. Außerdem waren im Studentenwohnheim, in das wir als Ersatz für die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung einquartiert wurden alle nett und aufgeschlossen, wie es junge Studenten eben sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind da, Parkmöglichkeiten sehr teuer, wenn man mit dem Zug da ist perfekt, weil gleich am Bahnhof.

Wenn man diese Wohnung bucht, dann wird man vermutlich regelmäßig in die Studentenwohnung des Vermieters einquartiert. Die gebuchte Wohnung wurde am Vortag abgesagt, weil eine Zugangstreppe einsturzgefährdet sei. Da sind wir nicht die ersten. Schon okay, aber man bucht ja eine richtige Wohnung und 14 Quadratmeter sind dann halt doof. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das eine Masche ist. Trotzdem war der Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit. Für uns ging es noch, weil wir recht kurz da waren und im Herzen jung, aber für manch anderen wäre es mit der Urlaubsstimmung wahrscheinlich schnell vorbei gewesen. Die gute Nachricht: die Treppe ist repariert, die Behörde muss die angebotene Wohnung allerdings noch freigeben 😉. Lesen Sie auch die anderen Bewertungen.

Desværre snydt som mange andre ved dette lejemål.

Trods det, at vi ikke fik den lejlighed, som vi bestilte, så lå “den nye” centralt i Odense.

Vi fik ikke, som åbenbart mange andre, den lejlighed vi bestilte. Der var problemer med godkendelse af trappe til den oprindeligt bestilte lejlighed og dagen inden vi skulle bruge lejligheden fik vi at vide, at vi blev flyttet til en anden lejlighed.
