East Nashville One Level Home with Big Yard

House was perfect for 6 adults and 2 fur kids. Fenced in yard and very close to downtown Nashville, grocery stores and other fun attractions like TopGolf, Nashville Zoo, Opry Mills, K1Speed, water parks.

Very clean, nice property that had everything we needed for our stay. Staff was very quick to respond from the time I booked until we arrived at the property.

Sits on a busy street so you have to turn car around before leaving but definitely wasn’t a problem. We had the van that picked us up to go downtown pull on the street behind the house so it worked out great.

nice email with code for door, but the owner doesn't tell you which of the three parking places to pull into and if you should use the front or the back door (different codes and different rentals). Lots of utensils, glasses etc for our use. Nice that the property is dog friendly, but wish the neighboring dogs were.

When I check into a rental home, I always check all the windows and doors. Glad I did because six of the windows (on the ground floor) were unlocked and easily opened from outside. Your cleaning crew should check this each time. The smoke alarm for the upstairs unit and the unit (downstairs) which I rented are connected, so when the upstairs guest burnt popcorn it set off the alarm - two different times in our unit. The neighbors have some yappy dogs that bark through the fence and my dog just wouldn't even stay outside.

Details about the property was not all in description. It’s not a vacation home with full privacy. Theres an apartment above with very thin walls.
