Close to everything, nice views, comfortable lounge area, lots of spaces to relax. Great for groups.
The kingbed needs replacing, it has a strange broken mattess along the entire side of the bed, which makes the bed not fully sleep space worthy and difficult to sit on the side. The downstairs toilet seat is broken, and others were loose. Info on the website stated “coffee” but there was none. No rail on the outside front steps.

Location is quiet and there were four bathrooms. Nice view and privacy in all. Great laundry and even had some pepper salt and laundry liquid and tea and coffee. Kitchen is well equipped and lots of balconies to sit on. Sleeps eight people comfortably but the dining table and lounge room will not accommodate everyone at once unless you bring in chairs from the balconies .
The timber and split level means it can be noisy inside. The knives are not very sharp but they are safe! The location is a fairly steep hill walk to and from the beaches not a flat walk so good for fitness and nice views but can be hot and hilly.
