Reasonable sized room, facilities to cook if you wished too, massive bed, nice shower, A/c , Nice pool, gym could add some leg machines Good rates

Its location is behind the main roads of the I.T. park And you have to walk along a narrow pot holed road , to get to Ayala mall . The road is tight yet busy with large vehicles passing and other traffic. Also after it has rained the road becomes a bit messy .

The rooms are a nice size, you do not feel cramped. The lobby is spacious to sit and visit with friends. The staff are amazing 🤩…. Friendly, professional, polite.

Our stay at Staycity Serviced Apartment Cebu was unfortunately disappointing. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the hallways, which entered the room whenever the door was opened, negatively affecting our comfort. In addition, the level of hygiene was below expectations and did not meet the standard we would expect from a serviced apartment. Overall, our experience was less positive than anticipated, and there are clear areas for improvement regarding cleanliness and odor control.
