Charming 3-bedroom house in lovely St. Augustine with Game Room

My wife and I (along with our dog) really enjoyed staying here. The place was very spacious and clean (inside), and the location could not have been better. It was close to most of the local attractions, with just a one-mile ride-share to the center of the historic district. It was also within walking distance to a CVS or Walgreens, or a quick 10-minute drive to Publix for grabbing needed supplies. The host was very friendly, and check-in and access were a breeze. Our only complaints were that the sofas were extremely worn out (we covered them with sheets that we brought), and the backyard was basically unusable because of all the oak tree droppings and leaf residue. We actually purchased a broom and swept up the back deck so we could use it. The front yard was quite a mess, too, and needed a good raking. Also, there is no grill, so if you plan on grilling out, you'll need to bring your own (which we did, fortunately). Also, don't forget to bring a corkscrew and salt shaker because those normally provided items are absent. And if you need to clean up anything, like spray down the table after eating, be sure to bring a bottle of Windex or something. There are no cleaning supplies whatsoever, which seemed strange.So, other than these somewhat minor issues, the place was fine and a very good value overall. We would definitely not hesitate to book again.

House was nice and clean. The outdoor seating area needs colorful cushions and plants and it would be more inviting. House was a bit dark but the lication was very good.

Comfortable and close to attractions. Pictures were definitely enhanced - rooms were dim and furniture etc. were worn.If you’re a light sleeper, know that you’ll hear trains passing through a couple of times throughout the night.
