Welcome to this adorable, newly-updated and redesigned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in St. Augustine, Florida. With its modern layout and stylish décor, this home will be your perfect home base for a vacation.
At the Boho Beach House Retreat, you will be centrally located to all the fun - a 5 mile radius will grant you access to it all!
•10 mins to Historical downtown St. Augustine
•10-15 mins to Vilano and Saint Augustine beaches
•10-15 minutes to popular eateries, grocery stores and shopping.
The space
Every aspect of this home has been recently redesigned and updated with new furniture, décor, and bedding. This home does not skimp on style. From the moment you walk into our thoughtfully decorated home, we want you to feel at home.
Inside, the house has a open floor plan. The LIVING ROOM opens up into the dining area which opens up into the kitchen, so everyone can exist together have fun and create happy moments.
The LIVING ROOM offers a large, thoughtfully decorated space that is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed, 3 accent chairs, and a flatscreen smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies after a long day of enjoying the beach or exploring! (Please bring your own log in for apps.)
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our KITCHEN is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you're going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
The MASTER BEDROOM is located on your right hand side upon your entrance into the home.
The master bedroom has a spacious walk in closet and a bathroom with walk in shower and multiple shower-heads (because why not). This bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed.
The other TWO BEDROOMS are located on the far side of the house to your left. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 full size bed and 2 twin size beds. .
For larger parties, the living room Article pull-out couch comes equipped with a memory foam mattress, providing an additional sleeping area. All the sheets for this mattress are located in one of the TV stand drawers.
No need to draw straws on who sleeps where, because every room in the house is its own little sanctuary:)
The spare bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. This is a full bath with a deep tub.
Looking to work from home? This house is equipped with an office space, that has all the nicks and dings including high speed internet (up to 400 Mbps). Just bring your laptop and you’ll be ready to go!
Looking to NOT work from home? Enjoy ping pong and foosball in the garage and/or board games that are located on the shelves. There is also a variety of books available to enjoy if you like reading.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. This will include the garage, back patio, back yard and free parking space in the large driveway.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that we run on septic.
Please DO NOT flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper.
While the home is equipped to host 8 people, we think the perfect group size is 6. We're happy to host all 8, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, hair straightener, towels, soap, napkins, washer, dryer, grill and more. The grill is BYOC (bring your own charcoal)
Free WIFI and free parking.
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera, floodlight and backyard camera on the exterior of the house. There are no cameras inside of the house.

Quick stay for a local wedding. Family of 6. 4 adults and 2 teens. Well equipped kitchen and roomy living area. Beds were comfortable. Appreciate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Having washer/dryer and iron available was a huge plus. Great location, close to downtown St. Augustine. Floors and yard could use more attention. Enjoyed our stay.

Our experience in this house was exceptionally fantastic. There’s no words that can describe how we felt pleasantly surprised, and truly a lovely house. Everything was clean perfect spotless, beautiful just beyond five stars. We are so grateful that they actually made us feel like Royalty!!! Thank You, we will love to be back in the beautiful place.

This property was just what we were looking for in a family weekend. It has a lot of space and it is a very quiet neighborhood. Plus it was just as described close to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. It had more space then we needed for a family of 5 and 1/2. We will be keeping this property on our list for the next family weekend.
