Entry: Upon entering through the main door of the house, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Ground floor: Here you will find 2 bathrooms. First floor: Here are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Second floor: On this level, there is 1 bedroom. From here, you have access to the living room balcony. and 1 bedroom. The decor of Juny is modern Spanish and functional. The interior is bright and has an authentic atmosphere. Juny has a built-up area of 213 square meters. It has terraces available. You will find the pool on the side of the villa. You will reach the pool via a small staircase downwards. Here you can enjoy the sun and the Spanish lifestyle. The play equipment is a pleasant distraction for the little ones. This holiday home is very suitable for families with children due to its central location. Youth groups are allowed in this holiday residence. Pets are not allowed in this villa.Additional features: Please check if youth groups (average age equal to or under 25 years) are allowed in this holiday residence, it may require a refundable security deposit of 1000€. Bed linen and towels are not included in this villa but can be rented. Bed linen costs 15 euros per person, towels 7.50 euros per person. They can be booked separately.
