Spacious 4-Bedroom House with Pool Access – Walking Distance to Beach and Town
This bright, air-conditioned home is located in a quiet gated community just a short walk from Sitges town centre and beaches. It features a small private garden, shaded terraces, and direct views over a large communal pool and landscaped gardens.

The kitchen is new, installed 25 May 2025, new cooker, hob, dishwasher, washer.
The house has been refurnished with quality teak furniture in a rustic style. It offers flexible accommodation for families or groups:
• Main bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace
• Second double bedroom with an additional single bed
• Third bedroom with bunk beds and private terrace
• Top-floor attic bedroom with a double bed
The ground floor includes an open-plan living and dining area with fireplace, a well-equipped modern kitchen, and a guest WC. Large glass doors open onto a private patio and shaded terrace overlooking the gardens and pool—ideal for outdoor dining or watching children play.
The communal pool is open all year,and is very well maintained and cleaned by the gardeners., There is a large lawn, palm trees, a shallow children’s section, and a diving board.

• Air-conditioning in main living areas and primary bedroom
• Private garage with parking for two cars or secure bicycle storage
• Fast broadband and Free Wi-FI. Smart TV

Great holiday had by all. Spacious, clean, well appointed property. Excellent pool.
Location next to the main road meant bedrooms on that side were noisy, lots of motorbikes.
Bit of a problem with the ants!
Overall, very good.
Would have liked a safe for the passports etc.
Really liked Sitges, not been invaded by the English hoards yet.

We loved our two weeks in Peters beautiful appartement. Especially for families it is absolutely perfect with the gated community and the large pool. Lots of other families (mostly Spanish) were there at the same time and a bunch of kids was always playing around the pool. Beach is an easy 10min walk as is the City Centre with shops and everything.
Can honestly only recommend it for families and totally can´t understand the rather critical reviews here.
I´m sure we´ll be back again. Thanks Peter!

Apartment was clean and well-equipped with good Wifi. On-site pool was great and set in a quiet courtyard which we used a lot and the apartment had a private garden area which was nice to sit in. We enjoyed Sitgess choice of beaches which were a short convenient walk away and the good variety of restaurants to choose from.We took the train into Barcelona one day which was surprisingly easy.All in all a well appointed apartment in a nice seaside town conveniently placed for a visit to Barcelona. Id happily recommend a stay here.
