Matapalo #304 is the perfect place to get away from noise and recover energy. Escape from work and enjoy the sunset view from this beautiful 2 bedrooms condo with a few minutes walking to the amazing surf and sand that draw visitors from all over the world.
This is a beautiful luxury 2-bedroom 2.5 bath condominium. It has a full view of a large pool with a swim-up bar. It is steps to the excellent swimming and surfing beach Playa Tamarindo, right in the center of town within one block of the 'Circle'. It has it all: location, views, luxurious comfort, plus all the amenities that Tamarindo must offers - Bar, Restaurants, Shopping Centers, Banks, ATM's machines, Grocery Stores, etc.
The condo is located on the grounds of the Diria Hotel, one of the most popular beach hotels in Tamarindo. The complex is gated and has 24-hour security guards. The parking lot is conveniently located within the gates where you can park 1-2 cars or even a golf cart. Matapalo #304 has a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
There is a full kitchen with all utensils, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom and the living area have a large patio to enjoy the view to the pool area. This Condo is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
There is a front desk at this property. You can make arrangements for check-in before your arrival directly with your reservation agent. Guests will receive the check-in instructions for property on their booking day.

We arrived in tamarindo around 5:30pm, the office to pick up the keys was closed but they had giving us a code to a box. In that box was magnetic cards for the gates around the facilities and red bracelets to be on site. After a quick 2 min drive we entered the facility. All gated and with multiple security guards. We parked our car and took the elevator to the 3rd floor. When we entered the condo we were surprised of its size, the cellings are high and all big. The bedrooms have there own bathroom and we even found a 3rd one 2 days later next to the front door. This place is very confortable and very clean, it even has a washer / drier. When you go back down to the pool section you will find a ton of chairs with sunshade. The pool is fantastic with a wetbar and barman... Once you walk across the main street, (there is a full time crossing guard) to the lobby of the hotel, you have direct acces to the beach front. The whole surroundings are walkable and filled with stores, casino, surf shops and bars. Tamarindo is perfect for all, we surf and had a blast. I am booking here again next year for sure! Perfect location to enjoy beach/town/restaurants then escape to relaxing private pool area. Clean, spacious rooms and patio. Manager very attentive and helpful in arranging rides/tours. Definitely returning.

We had a great experience! I would recommend this property to anyone. We are a family of 4 ( two adults and two teens). There was lots to do and everything was close by. Amazing pools and property!

The condos at Diria are outstanding. This is the second time staying here but the first time in the “newer” building. The quality of build is second to none. The property can not be located any better and this unit is also located nicely below the tree line with a beautiful view of the pool yet out of the sun so you can enjoy at any time of the day. The unit is well equipped and everything worked. My one knock is the h it is getting dated. The bathrooms could use an update. I know, I’m getting picky and if that means the price goes up to pay for the renovations, it’s perfect the way it is. Finally, we found the third floor perfect to walk up to. With the heat in tamarindo, climbing stairs is a work out and anything above 4 would be just that. So if I was going back, I’d take the exact same unit.
