Welcome to Harmony Haven located in Suncadia's The Cabins at the Farm neighborhood! This home is nestled in Nelson Preserve and backs up to a greenbelt which creates a tranquil space to relax and view the wildlife. The home was designed to bring the outdoors in with the large bi-fold doors and open concept gathering space. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, wine fridge, espresso machine, and Sonos speakers.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Cabins at the Farm in Suncadia Resort - This Scandinavian inspired community is located in Suncadia's Nelson Preserve and just a short walk from The Nelson Farm. The historic Nelson Farm hearkens back to an earlier, simpler time in Washington State’s great heritage. Once the dairy farm of Bob Montague and family, the property retains its original 1890s farmhouse, barn, cabin and stables — which now create a charmingly rustic backdrop for axe-throwing, crafts, Friday night movies and more. It now features a brand new playground, bike pump track and restrooms too!
HOME ACCESS
Enjoy the Entire home - The door code and other information will be provided prior to your stay, after the acknowledgement of our rental conditions and completed pre-arrival form and verified ID.
The property can accommodate 3 vehicles, 1 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. There are limited extra community parking stalls near by. Please plan accordingly.
Bedroom Situation:
1. Main floor primary suite with king bed
2. Upstairs guest room with queen bed
3. Upstairs guest room with king bed
4. Bunk Room with 2 full over full beds, sofa sleeper and ensuite bathroom.
Exterior:
-Covered back patio with furniture, gas grill.
-Outdoor gas fire pit
-Private hot tub serviced between each guest visit. Tub capacity is best limited to max 4 adults
GARAGE:
- Ping pong table
- 4 Adult bikes in the garage - please bring your own helmet
- EV Plug for use with your own 3-pin charging lead
INCLUDED:
-Coffee & Tea with a selection of creamer and sugars (drip and Keurig coffee maker)
-Air Conditioning
-High speed WIFI available in every room
-Smart TVs - Must use your own streaming service. This home does not have standard Cable.
-Sonos Bluetooth speaker
-Games Cabinets on either side of the fireplace
Suncadia Resort is located off of Exit 80 on I-90. Follow signs to the resort entrance on Bullfrog Road.
NOTES
**Not Included: access to Swim and Fitness or Nelson Farm pools
**ID verification and guest registration required for all confirmed reservations. Reserving guest must be 26 years old or older.
We love traveling with our pups and welcome you to bring yours IF these guidelines are followed:
- Dogs Only - 2 Max
- Additional pet fee applies
- Must be house trained
- Must be kenneled if left alone in the home. We know everyone thinks their dog is well behaved, but when alone in a strange place they can scratch and misbehave.
-Please do not throw toys/balls in the house
-Please keep pets off the furniture
-Must be on leash per Suncadia policy. There is an off-leash dog park at Dawson Park!

This was our second time utilizing a Serenity property and it was just as wonderful as the first! We had everything we needed to enjoy a cozy fall weekend with friends. We will be using Serenity again in the future.

Host was very communicative and even checked in when she was alerted when we struggled with the house lock for the first time. House was exactly as pictured and described. The decorations, bedding, kitchen cookware, appliances are all top notch. It was easy to relax here with my family. The layout had enough space for our group to be together or finding a place to read/be on our own. We had a wonderful time at this house and would love fo come back.

This home was everything we needed for a family suncadia weekend, we had such a great time. We saw baby deer and wild turkey off the back patio, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and with the grill, and my 4 yr old loved biking around the driveway and to the pump track next door.
