Our Penthouse was designed with views and comfort in mind:

you just can't find accommodations with as many amenities as Avida (it's actually a mixture of two words: A pronounced ahh, which means "to" and Vida, which means "life")....To Life!...Avida

*Extra guest is possible at an additional $50/ night charge. Sliding wall creates a separate space from the master bedroom. Queen size Murphy bed unfolds into the living room area.

We’ve vacationed in Puerto Vallarta for many years and rented condos in the Romantic Zone. This was our first time at Avida and the location and condo were great. It was close the Malacon, Los Muertos beach and all the best restaurants PV has to offer. It’s a very walkable area. The roof top infinity pool was amazing with great views of Banderas Bay where we even got to see whales breaching. We would look to book here again.

The location in the Zona Romantica is fantastic. Everything is so close... the beach, restaurants, nightlife. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was exactly as described and the amenities were great!! We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop by the pool and hot tub (and hammocks for dozing off). There is also a bar on the rooftop with a bartender (usually 12:30pm-7:30pm each day). The unit is one floor down, so no need to wait for the elevator with two sets of stairs nearby. The staff who work in the building were all very nice. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. The in-unit laundry was such a bonus! The shower is huge (no tub) and there's a door that closes between the bathroom and bedroom (some other units in the building do not have this, as our friends stayed in some of the other units). If you need absolute darkness to sleep (or to sleep in), bring an eye mask just in case as the blackout curtains don't hit the floor and the sun can really reflect off the white, shiny floors in the morning. That and wanting more shady options on the rooftop are my very, very small notes for making this stay even better!

This property was perfect for us. It’s walking distance to everything downtown with a beautiful rooftop pool and relaxation area. The suite was modern, clean and had great views with a huge shower. We loved it. The owner and staff were English speaking, responsive and very helpful. We are already looking to rebook.
