About this house rental

We designed this rental to suit as many guests as possible:
New parents will find a baby bathtub, a travel crib, a booster seat, a changing pad, a play mat, and baby utensils.
Business travelers will have access to a desk with a view of the garden and high-speed internet.
For larger families, the sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots.

Ground-level terrace off the living room with aluminum chairs and table, and a parasol.
Private 200-square-meter yard with space to park a car.
Lawn with 2 sun loungers and 2 deck chairs.
Wood-fired barbecue.
You’ll enter the house through the living area with an open kitchen.
The sofa is a sleeper, providing two additional sleeping spots.
The living room and both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped and includes the following appliances:
oven, refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, multifunction appliance with raclette, stone grill, toaster oven, and crepe maker.
The master bedroom, located on the first floor, is very spacious and features a 160x200cm double bed, a desk, and a large walk-in closet.
The bathroom is sure to impress with its 120x90 cm shower and rain showerhead.
The first floor also features a separate toilet and an utility room containing all the necessary cleaning supplies.
Upstairs is the second bedroom, featuring two 90x200 cm beds and a dresser.
The apartment is ideally located 500 meters from the center of Matour, where you’ll find all the necessary shops (bakery, convenience store, butcher shop, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, hair salons, florists, dry cleaners, newsstand, pharmacy...), an outdoor municipal swimming pool, a fishing pond, tennis courts, a movie theater, and the Tourist Office with hiking trailheads.....
Mâcon is located 40 km from Matour and is accessible via the RCEA (expressway), and 100 km from Lyon via the highway.
There are many charming places to visit in the area: Cluny, La Clayette, Mont St. Cyr, the Butte de Suin, the Pezanin Arboretum… there’s something for everyone!
