This splendid, modern, bright, elegant and fully equipped flat in a beautiful building in Saint-Germain des Prés is wonderfully located. You will be immersed in the ideal Paris, with many of the district's leading shops: the Café de Flore, the Church of Saint Germain, the quays of the Seine, art galleries, the Notre Dame de Paris cathedral, the Bon Marché, and the Lutetia hotel. With family or friends, my accommodation will give you an unforgettable Parisian experience.

Sublime apartment of 80 m2, fully air-conditioned for 6 people on the 1st floor with elevator:
- 2 large bedrooms with bathroom
- 1 large living room with sofa bed, television and wifi
- 1 kitchen open to the fully equipped dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator)
- 1 separate toilet
Sheets and towels are provided and cleaning is carried out by professional staff.

This apartment on Blvd Saint-Germain is nearly perfect. Comfortable, quiet, and close to everything. King beds, well appointed kitchen and baths with tall sunflower shower heads. A/C keeps it cool. Place seems new. But…access is more cumbersome than the other four Parisian apartments we’ve rented. Four key codes, including a 10 digit code to enter the flat. Write them down! Access is thoroughly explained via a web portal, so no agent met us and walked us through…stressful. If you’re techno challenged, tell Joanna you require an agent to meet you. Once we got it, figured out the codes, no problems. We loved and enjoyed the place. Hope to return. Five stars!
