About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 130 m², air-conditioned, single-storey house with swimming pool for rent in the commune of Bessas, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You'll also enjoy a 400 m² garden! Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The dwelling can be divided into two independent houses and is composed as follows:
First part of 75 m² :
- 44 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and access to terrace
- Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) , TV
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Second part of 55 m² :
- A living room opening onto the 31 m² kitchen with sofa, TV and dining area...
- A master suite: with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV and a bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
The two spaces can be separated by a sliding door.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8×4), secured by an alarm and open from May to October.
- A beautiful 400 m² east-facing garden, partially enclosed and private
- A 60 m² terrace with barbecue, plancha and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Bessas, in a small, peaceful and very pleasant village. You can benefit from all the essential shops 5 km away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Explore the surroundings of charming tourist villages such as Barjac, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Montclus, Goudargues, Orgnac and the Ardèche gorges.
- Discover the fascinating local caves on unforgettable guided tours.
- Enjoy thrilling activities like canyoning for an outdoor adventure.
- Take to the many hiking trails to admire the region's natural beauty.
- Attend the Barjac antique fair and the Aluna festival for unique cultural events.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot in front of the house (3 vehicles of all types).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Ales, 47 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Avignon, 1 h 18 by car
- Use of the car is essential to get the most out of your stay.

- Bed linen and towels included
- Exterior camera at entrance
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
- All children bathing in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
