For shared use: property 500 m2. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking (for 15 cars, limited number of spaces), communal covered parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Mayrhofen Karg Haus" 120 m, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 700 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 30 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, mountain railway 500 m, ski lift 2 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 400 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Nearby attractions: Zillertaler Höhenstraße, Adlerbühne Ahorn, Fichtenschloss. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Horbach/Penken, Ahornbahn, Zillertal Arena. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Achensee. Hiking paths: Ahorn. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Pets only allowed in summer. 1 parking space per apartment. Guests can make use of the Mayrhofen adventure pool all year round. For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid stay cleaning service is provided and includes a change of towels and bed linen.
