About this apartment rental

The port is expected to be closed until the end of 2024 due to construction work. Apartment block "Ostsee-Residenz", 7 storeys. In the centre of Damp 20 km from the centre of Eckernförde, 40 km from the centre of Schleswig, 100 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, bar, fitness room (extra). Bowling, table tennis (all extra), shopping facilities, boutique, lift, central heating system, bicycle rental. Parking at 100 m. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 150 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Marina 100 m, golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 300 m, riding stable 1 km. Please note: childminding (extra). Nightclub/disco close by.
"Ostsee-Residenz (DMP152)", 2-room apartment 45 m2 on 6th floor. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, cable TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung gelebt Der erste Eindruck war kein so guter.... Leider hatte man vergessen richtig zu putzen im Bad und in der Küche war einiges verstaubt. Das war aber das einzig Negative. Der Ausblick auf das Meer wirkt entschleunigend, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht und auch die Betten waren sehr gut...

Die Unterkunft war gut. Die Zimmer und der Kompfohr im Punkto Wäsche waren zufriedenstellend. Das Personal war freundlich.

Aussicht vom Balkon super. In der Dusche fehlte uns eine Mischarmatur(kalt/warm war einzel zu regeln). Alles andere war OK.

Die Wohnung entsprach der Ausschreibung, die rote Bettcouch wurde durch eine Lederbettcouch ausgewechselt. Im Fall von Mängeln hat sich Frau Z. rasch und immer freundlich um Abhilfe gekümmert. Frau Z. gilt unser besonderer Dank!!

Betreuung vor Ort war gut. Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.wlan wäre von Vorteil. Soll aber kommen.

Für Hundehalter gute Adresse. Hunde Strand super. Ansonsten ist die Steckdose im Badezimmer für kleine Menschen nicht erreichbar in Klammern mindestens 1,80 m Größe. Türen und Schränke könnten mal wieder abgewaschen werden.
