"rustico" cottage "Cottage Contadina", 800 m a.s.l.. 6 km from the centre of Cortona, in a secluded position, 30 km from the lake, in the woods. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 3 km long motor access (500 m via unmade road, mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house at 100 m. Shop 4 km, supermarket 5 km, railway station "Castiglion Fiorentino" 15 km, bathing lake "Lago Trasimento" 30 km. Golf course (9 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Arezzo 32 km, Firenze 100 km, Siena 80 km, Perugia 40 km, Valdichiana Outlet Village 32 km. Das Haus liegt schattig (herrlich bei großer Hitze) auf einem Berg mit recht steiler und schmaler Anfahrt. Dafür lebt man abgeschieden und romantisch mitten im Wald.Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit toller Terasse und grossen Pool . Der nächste Ort mit Pizzeria und Supermarkt ist in 15 min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt .

Ein kleines Cottage hoch auf dem Berg gelegen bietet auch bei 35 Grad noch eine kühle Stelle in der Toscana inklusive Pool zur Abkühlung. Anfahrt ist etwas beschwerlich, aber man findet hier Ruhe und Erholung.

Super locatie en een mooie omgeving. Wij hadden een wat frisse week in de zomer en omdat het huisje en zwembad weinig zonlicht ontvangen, was het soms aan de koude kant. Met hoge temperaturen zit je hier fantastisch. De weg ernaartoe is een leuke uitdaging en kost je ongeveer 20 minuten.

Das Haus in der Contatina erreicht man nach 4 km abenteuerlicher Bergauffahrt. Hier sieht man Wildschwein, Stachelschwein, Waschbär ...selten Menschen. Genau was man für erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Freundlicher Host bringt einen beim ersten Mal zur Unterkunft. Cortona ist ca 7km- einmal Berg nach unten und wieder hoch. Schöner Garten zum Sitzen. Hund fühlte sich auch wohl... Perfekter Urlaub für uns hier.
