Recently renovated with beautiful finishes, this home blends luxury, comfort, and tranquility. Relax on one of the expansive decks with your morning coffee or while enjoying one of New Mexico's amazing sunsets. Whether lounging by the pool or stargazing under the desert sky, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

BEDROOMS:
With four bedrooms featuring 5 plush king beds, this home offers ample space for families or groups of friends. The 5th king bed sits perched in the loft of one of the bedrooms, accessed by a ladder.
The primary suite, features a private balcony, high ceilings, expansive walk-in closet and spa-like bath. Indulge in the luxury of a heated floor and a double shower, or unwind with a lavender epsom salt bath in the standalone tub while soaking in panoramic views of the mountains and city skyline.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the array of amenities awaiting them. Four decks and a patio provide the perfect vantage points to soak in the surrounding beauty, whether it's the city lights twinkling below or the rugged rock formations in the distance. Nearby hiking trails beckon, offer endless opportunities for adventure. Take a dip in the pool (open May through September), or relax year-round in the hot tub. As night falls, gather around the gas fire pit to share stories and laughter under the starry sky.
FAMILY FRIENDLY:
Guests traveling with children will be delighted to find a pack-n-play, high chair, kid-friendly plates, cups and utensils, and toys. Adults and children alike will enjoy the shuffleboard table and board games
PARKING:
This home has a large driveway which can fit at least five vehicles, as well as a two car garage with clicker you can use.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This home does have two main floor bedrooms. However, the kitchen and dining room are upstairs, as is the primary suite. The game room, great room and fourth bedroom are all accessed by a small handful of stairs. The home has a unique layout, and the ability to climb stairs is required to enjoy the whole house. Also, the 5th king bed is in the loft, accessed by a ladder. Should you want to sleep 10 people in this home, two of them need to be able to climb a ladder and climb into the loft, which shares the room with another king bed below.
2. Pool Hours are 9am -9pm. The pool is open seasonally from May through the end of September. This is subject to change due to weather.
3. PLEASE NOTE: The minimum booking age for this property is 25. We require a copy of your ID to confirm name and date of birth at the time of booking to keep your reservation. Thank you!
4. Absolutely no parties, events, or other large gatherings, thank you! (If you are wanting a small family gathering, please reach out and ask!)
5. Our beautifully renovated home is cooled by two efficient, evaporative cooling systems. These work best when the windows are cracked open - and they add some welcome humidity to our desert climate! :)

We are a group of 10 ladies who have traveled together for 25 years since graduating from college. We look for fun spots throughout the United States and this is our first trip to Albuquerque. This home was perfect for us! We all had a place to sleep, and there was plenty of space to catch up. The living room with the big couch was wonderful so we could all gather tell stories. We use the big TV to show pictures of our family. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and listening to the sounds of nature, and each morning the hikes right out the back door were amazing! The big kitchen table was perfect for morning gatherings, and the kitchen was so fully stocked , we felt like we were all at home. The owners were some of the best with communicating that we have had and we appreciate their kindness and hospitality. When we had questions about local activities, they answered quickly and gave great advice. We would highly recommend this to others, and if we ever head back to Albuquerque, we will be staying here! Thank you!!!!

We were here for a family reunion and we loved staying in the foothills at the edge of Albuquerque, and Emily and James were great hosts--generous and responsive.

Would definitely stay here again! Hot tub was great. I have never stayed in a better stocked vrbo—spices, coffee, tea, sugar, half and half, oil, and some ingredients that helped us out a couple times. Also, I noticed a few things for babies and young children. The grocery store is super close too! I love that the dining table has enough chairs to seat 10 people—the same number of beds the house sleeps! The views were splendid—from the house, and its numerous porches, and driving to and from it. You’re on the side of the mountain, so put your vehicle in low. We saw deer a couple times. We took a couple walks, both in the neighborhood and in the open space behind the house. The shuffle board was fun for my kids, and having just one tv in the main area was great for us. The master shower was great—enough pressure, and high enough for someone 6’ tall. The weather warmed up while we were there, so they arranged for their swamp cooler guy to get the coolers up and running for the season—thank you! The house has four bedrooms: master with its own bathroom with a tub and double shower, another smaller bedroom near the main living room with a bathroom next to it (tub with shower), and two more bedrooms—one with a king, and a second with two kings (one in a loft), with a bathroom (tub with shower) between them. Our family had a lot of fun together there.
