New Listing! Fiddlers By The Bay is a gorgeous 3BR/2BA home on the Alligator Point Harbor. When entering the home you are greeted by a large open living room and natural sunlight and features a cupola ceiling with skylights and large windows overlooking the bay, large flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and the couch has a queen pull out bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a homecooked meal. From a crock-pot, kitchen aid mixer, blender, air fryer, wine glass opener, two ice makers in the freezer and Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard drip. Just bring your favorite coffee! There is a dining table set for 6 as well as the kitchen island which will seat 3. The master suite features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. The second bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo. Other great amenities include outdoor shower with hot and cold water, board games, playing cards, books, puzzles. Enjoy grilling your fresh catch of the day that you caught right on the dock and have dinner on the screened in porch overlooking the natural landscape of sand oaks and palms while the sun sets on the bay. Just 25 minutes to Crawfordville where there’s a Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie, and restaurants. There is also a boat ramp less than half a mile. Beautiful home on the inside and out. Feels like you’re in a picture of a magazine. Everything was clean. Quiet small town. You can see different kinds of wildlife by the dock like mini crabs and birds flying across the water. Perfect place to reset from busy work week. What I loved most was having breakfast each morning with my family in the patio. Thank you for everything!

Our family had a great time. The property was beautiful and clean, the screened in porch was a great feature to sit out without bugs biting. We fished from the pier. Caught and released many catfish, also hooked a shark but lost the fight. Kids enjoyed watching all of the fiddler crabs at low tide. Close to Alligator Point public beach access. Just be aware we had a bear make a mess of the trash (with the can chained shut).

We don't live too far from the area so we have stayed in a few different places around Alligator Point, Panacea, and Shell Point, but this has by far been the best one we've stayed at. Most of the homes to rent out are older homes that probably could use some sprucing so this was a welcome change. It has clearly been updated or built recently and we could tell a lot of care went into the amenities and home decor. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need (and such cute drink and serve wear!), the living room was spacious with lots of natural light, and the patio was clean and had the most amazing view. The morning spent on the patio overlooking the water that the house was on with a cup of coffee was so peaceful, even with the rooster next door that alerted the area of the morning's arrival! The stay was a little pricey, but you very much get what you pay for in terms of location, scenery, amenities, and comfort. The checkout process was easy and the hosts didn't request us to complete a laundry list of items to complete before leaving. Overall it was a really amazing stay and I cannot wait to return!!
