About this villa rental
The house looks like a three-room terraced house on one level, with gardens and large verandas.
The entry into the house is the garden begins in the driveway and a staircase. By entering. we are located in the living room with kitchenette and wall bar with stools, air conditioning, LCD TV, kitchenette with gas hob, electric oven / microwave, refrigerator, double sink.
On the other side of the room is the extendable table with 4/8 people and to the side, next to the fireplace, a two-seater sofa.
Continuing in the passage we come to the sleeping area with two rooms. The first bedroom with double bed with large closet, LCD TV, air conditioning and veranda overlooking the garden; the second room with two single beds and a large wardrobe, desk under the window overlooking a veranda.
Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with a large shower, sink, bidet. In the porch of the bathroom, closed windows, there is a laundry area with washing machine, shoe rack and pan.
The house is well furnished and equipped with everything you may need in all the rooms including dishes, glasses and pots.
The garden is a gazebo with table and chairs, barbecue, stone sink and hammocks between some olive trees on a green lawn. The garden is powered on.

Very satisfied! Owners of this appartment were very kind and relaxed. Appartment is simple but clean and has all you need. Hammock in the garden under the olive-tree, a bbq and and umbrella's to take to the beach. Also free wifi. Could even use the bike to take a ride. Just one price for all-in and no hassle for extra costs, we liked that approach. Would reccommend this to appartment anyone. Perfect beach is 500m from the house (not crowded), supermarket and pizzaria also walking distance. 30 minute drive to Cagliari-city, which is a bit chaotic but worth visiting. Quarty-Saint Elena city is NOT worth visiting, cars everywhere and no nice shopping streets or cozy terrace. This appartment is a perfect spot for a beach holiday.
