Our vacation home is ready to host you with fast WiFi, peaceful swimming pool, yoga loft & gym. We are just few hundred meters from the main Kukulkan road that leads up to Tulum Centro & down to sandy beaches where you can enjoy all kind of cuisines, tourist attractions & happening spots. Perfect place to sleep & explore out by day. Prices are reduced due to nearby construction.
The space
Our 1 bedroom condo apartment has many added amenities such as AC, high speed internet access & a private outdoor warm tub. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area, fully furnished bathroom (toilet + shower), wide closets and bedroom that offers a charming vibe. Fresh bed linens, comforters and towels are provided. 24/7 Security staff in complex. The common areas has an attractive pool surrounded by lush green nature, massage area, Temescal, laundry area, elevator, yoga loft and gym. We are proud to offer best service, clean & comfortable stay experience.

We are located on the ground level and offer self check-in. Since we are located in the newer development area at La Veleta, the last stretch (about 400 meters) of road to home is unpaved. You may consider renting a Car or Scooter to enjoy the few minutes off-road experience to the max. There is free onsite car & bicycle parking.

For limited time we are offering discounted rates to compensate:
Potential dust and noise due to construction in the area from mornings to 5 pm, Saturday from 1 pm to all. Sunday no activity goes on.
Potential discomfort for last 400 meters of unpaved roads, Please take precaution and drive slowly drive.
