    The room was big and spacious. Bed was a bit firm, the blanket was just a sheet, and the pillows were almost flat already. Location was optimal. However, these are my complaints: You need to pay for a bath mat. This should be standard in any motel or hotel. You need to dry your feet after a shower, yet they don't provide you with a bath mat and you need to pay extra for it. The black rubber slippers they provided had foot fungus. My husband didn't wear them thankfully. But I wore them often during our 3 day stay, because the floor is a bit dirty. On our 2 night, my left foot started getting irritated and itchy. I've been medicating my feet since we came home from the hotel last Sunday. They should get rid of the black rubber slippers and provide cheap disposable biodegradable slippers instead. I almost slipped in the bathroom since the slippers had no traction either. Staff was very accommodating.

    I frequented this place whenever I’m tired to go home. My last stay was good except that i wasn’t able to retrieve my slippers. I’m sure their staff took it. I am not after it anymore. I am just telling the incident here for the management to know that they have an untrustworthy staff.

    Surprisingly bad management for Victoria Court. Go with Hillcrest if you don't need parking.
