There wasn't any coordination for property access until we arrived on site and had to call to find out how we gained access. That should have been communicated in advance, at minimum, day of arrival. The surrounding neighborhood was pretty scary to drive through and had us questioning our decision. Ultimately, not a problem, but combined with communications, we were considering abandoning and finding a hotel. Having a car here is a bit of a nightmare between ability to find parking, concerns over safety of parking, and probably the busiest inner-city traffic of the entire area -- not a smart decision on our part.
