Tribunali Panoramic apartment with terrace

Excellent location, 10-15min walk from Napoli Centrale, close to other Metro stations and within walking distance of many of Naples’ sights. Good living space, with 2 bathrooms in big apartment, and a third bathroom in the smaller one. Air conditioning in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms (as well as the main living areas) was very welcome. Nice patio area with a lovely view across Naples. Secure entry to building apartment. Raffaele was pro-active in checking in with us, and communicated clearly and in a timely manner regarding any of our queries.

Much of the furniture has seen better days. For example, the coffee table, and the dining table and chairs, all need the legs tightened up. We had to slot one of the table legs back in when we arrived as it was nearly falling off, and we rearranged the dining chairs so we only sat on the 2 most stable (there were 4 of us) for fear of the others collapsing if we moved them too often, or sat the ‘wrong way’. We didn’t eat in, and used the patio set more regularly, so this was not a huge problem for us. The oven is not secured in the unit it is built into, so when we opened the oven door (the one day we ate in) the entire oven moved. Some of the cupboard doors feel loose on their hinges, so we were very cautious each time we needed access to one of the kitchen cupboards. I would have liked access to a dustpan and brush for crumbs in the kitchen, and a mop to go over the tile floors. (Socks and feet were black from walking indoors). As we packed light I didn’t take ‘indoor shoes’ or flip flops, but would recommend to save the feet/socks.

Emplacement super, pas loin de la gare et dans le centre historique. Appartement au 5 ème étage avec un très belle vue et au dessus des toits donc très lumineux . Rue tres animee a proximité avec commerces et restaurants. Contact sur place très agréable et reactif. La climatisation est un plus surtout en période d'été.

Große, schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist super mitten im Centro Storico mit allen berühmten Pizzerien ums Eck. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und geholfen unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen.

J’ ai découvert à l’ arrivée que le logement était constitué de deux appartements séparés et il fallait sortir à l’ extérieur pour accéder au deuxième. Problème en cas de pluie Certaines fenêtres ne ferment pas entièrement Pas d’ occultant ni de volet aux nombreuses fenêtres des chambres laissant trop passer la lumière ce qui est très gênant. 5 ème étage sans ascenseur
