The location is super convenient in city center and the flat is well-equipped. It was also very clean.

It's an inexpensive flat, so assume that's what it is. The shower stall is very small & wasn't entirely completely assembled. I'm the winter no doubt it's great for warmth, but with only 1 openable window (door onto the terrace), unfortunately, it was very hot. It was too hot to sleep in the bed area, so I slept on the couch. At least there was a big fan in the living room. I tried it in the bedroom, but when the air is just that hot, there's no way for a fan to cool. Unfortunately, the floor heat in the bathroom was still on, only making it hotter.

Ausgesprochen nützliche Vorinformationen für das Check-in. Check-in selber verlief reibungslos. Ausgesprochen zentrale und sehr ruhige Lage im Stadtzentrum. Parterre-Lage im Hinterhof mit Ausstrittsmöglichkeit auf den Hof von der geräumigen Küche aus. Ausstattung grundsätzlich so wie beschrieben. Check-out ebenfalls problemlos. Schlüssel ist in einem Joker-Kiosk mit ganztägiger Öffnungszeit abzuholen und abzugeben. Distanz zur Unterkunft ca. 400 Meter in der gleichen Straße.

Die Unterkunft ist meiner Meinung nach nur für zwei Personen gut nutzbar (kleiner Küchentisch, 2 einfache Stühle), 2 kleine Töpfe, wiederum viel Geschirr. Die Unterkunft wirkt wie sich selbst überlassen. Der unmittelbare Außenbereich wirkt nicht einladend, unabhängig davon, ob der Betreiber darauf Einfluss hat oder nicht.
