Stort Rom i felleskap

i "got the biggest room", so i probably got a little more lucky than other two room-holders. the kitchenware is indeed provided, the fridge is good, i found a hairdrier in the wardrobe, the common room has a sofa, the owner communicated nicely over the phone multiple times (though a neighbour said otherwise?), agreed to let me in a bit earlier than stated. nothing bad to say about wifi (sustained an online meeting just fine). the location is good though - like 5 min from the central station, there is a store nearby and the metro station just there.

the door to the room doesn't close - only slides. the cleaner clearly doesn't do their job - i was there while she was cleaning and a) there are carpets that are not getting cleaned, b) the bedsheets are also not the cleanest (not in a sense that "clearly used", just with some stains and a bit rough texture). c) i failed to find more toilet paper AND the bin in the bathroom remained untouched after the cleaner, even though it was overflowing (a neighbour said that the owner went with "if you don't like if - find another place"). you will be heard probably if you talk from your room by your neighbours, the same with the smells from the kitchen. the instructions were sent in norwegian - basic stuff is understandable with google translate, the rest is not. and this "the rest" seems to be about the alarm system - since there is no physical key to the whole flat, it seems like the owner relies on the alarm. but i doubt that it works, honestly, it doesn't beep or anything. (the door can be closed from the inside, though, so at least at night it is alright) overall maybe not the best value for money, but i guess Norway does be an expensive place to travel to.
