Ron & Ron Homestay - 4 Pax Riverine Diamond Kuching

Location is good, easy walk to riverfront boardwalk and Jalan Padungan . The best part of the resort is the pool (big and clean) and monitored by friendly guards.

The bathroom has an extremely unpleasant smell when we checked in ( like wet nop, damp smell ) . It took us 3 days of venting and getting room freshener to finally get rid of that smell. Unit also shows wear and tear that a quick coat of paint may make a big difference.

Lekker zwembad, fijn appartement

Niks

Camera accogliente, bella piscina.

Posizione scomoda. Check-in non facilissimo La struttura è un po' da manutenzionare.

I like the facilities inside the unit. There is a cooking area and laundry facilities, which are very convenient for those staying or traveling for a longer period. Also Sharon...always respond to any inquiry.

The condo facilities such as the swimming pool and gym have operating hours that are not suitable, as they close at 5 PM and are also closed on public holidays. As a result, I was unable to use the facilities at all during my 7-day stay. This is my first time experiencing a condo with specific opening and closing hours during the holiday season. Therefore, it is not suitable to come here with children during school or public holidays if the intention is to use the swimming pool. Additionally, I hope the faulty light in the bathroom can be repaired, as the bathroom is quite dim.
