* Prime location with almost everything within driving distance. * Excellent access to restaurants, shops, and other essential amenities. * Spacious apartment with a comfortable layout. * Clean and well-maintained in terms of housekeeping.

* The apartment would benefit from some general maintenance. * The air conditioner in the main living area was extremely noisy, producing continuous cracking sounds that were quite distracting. * The pillows were excessively firm. Providing a choice of pillow types (soft and firm) would greatly improve guest comfort. * The air conditioner remote control was missing its batteries, making it inconvenient to use. * The designated parking space was occupied by another tenant one night. We had to rely on the parking gate remotes instead. This should be clearly communicated to guests before arrival. * The biggest drawback was the road-facing bedrooms. The windows offer very little sound insulation, and traffic noise continued throughout the night. For light sleepers, this can seriously affect sleep quality. Installing proper soundproof windows would make a substantial difference. * The kitchen cleaning sponge appeared to have been previously used. Providing a new, unused sponge for each guest would be a simple but important improvement. Note: Apartment A18
