الموقع والمدخل سهولة الدخول النظافة
وجود مشكلة في مكيف غرفة النوم المكونة من سريرين توأم لم تحل خلال فترة الاقامة بالاضافة الى المواقف الخارجية الضيوف غير ملتزمين بالمواقف المخصصة لهم لا يوجد مرايات في الغرف عدد علاقات الملابس غير كافي

النظافة ممتاز وتعامل صاحب الشقة مع ظروفي الخاصة حيث كنت مضطر الى موقف ارضي لوجود ادوية مع العفش واغراض لاتحتمل الحرارة واشكر لهم تعاونهم

تغيّر مستوى المكان عن السابق بشكل ملحوظ؛ توزيع دورات المياه غير عملي (حمام واحد يخدم عدة غرف)، نقص في التجهيزات الأساسية داخل الغرف، تأخير في الدخول بسبب مشكلة الوصول، ضعف في خدمة الحجز والتعامل، إضافة إلى عدم توفر مواقف مخصصة للنزلاء
لم تكن الإقامة مريحة بسبب ضعف التنظيم الداخلي، وقلة دورات المياه مقارنة بعدد الغرف، ونقص التجهيزات الأساسية، وتأخير إجراءات الدخول، إضافة إلى ضعف مستوى التواصل وخدمة الحجز وعدم توفر مواقف مخصصة للنزلاء، مما أثر سلبًا على التجربة بشكل عام
