نظافة الشقة لا بأس بها ولكن دورات المياه عندهم مشكلة. في الشقة دورة مياه واحدة فيها مغسلة ودش استحمام عند مدخل الشقة أما دورة المياه الرئيسية عند غرف النوم فليس فيها مغسلة لغسل اليدين ودورة المياه الثالثة عبارة عن غرفة شغالة صغيرة فيها مغسلة صغيرة جدًا وكرسي إفرنجي!
التعامل سيء ولا يوجد تفهم وتقدير لاحتياجات النزلاء، طلبت التأخر في الخروج حتى الساعة 2 أو 3 بسبب ارتباطي في العمل حتى الساعة 2 بعد الظهر ولكن المسؤول رفض وطلب قيمة إضافية (250 ريال) ليسمح لي بالبقاء لمدة ساعة أو ساعتين بعد الساعة 12 طهرًا!
