The location to the slopes (ski out mainly), new building, plenty of beds, pots & pan with spices and other appliances. storage facilities in the apartment both for luggage as well as ski lockers. Bathroom is clean and decent size. Decent closet space. The lobby staff are also very nice. Views from outside the apartment are spectacular. Host is very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions. We were English travelers and language was not an issue with communication as well with our host (though may be difficult with on-site personnel).
The apartment is smaller than expected, even for 2 people as there is no true living room (only a galley kitchen and bedroom with massive king bed and bunk beds). Lacks oven if you are planning to cook. Because you will be a guest and not an owner will not be able to use the spa inside the apartment building (you can however use the Puerta Del Sol Hotel Pool as an apartment guest but it is a walk). It is not ski-in as you will have to take a shuttle back to the apartment.

Lindo monoambiente. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar en el lugar. Ideal para los que van a esquiar.
El baño muy bien. Las camas muy grandes para el espacio.
El poco espacio en la habitación por el tamaño de las camas, muy milimétrico. El calentador de toallones no funciona.

Location is good. Ski lockers are useful. Heating and beds were good and comfortable. Has a small but fairly well equipped kitchen and kitchen-ware.
It is REALLY small. Not really suitable for more than 2 people. No place to sit or be when you are not sleeping. The tiny kitchen table was a camping table (small and unstable) with foldable benches for only two people. Internet was bad, unsuitable for remote work. Huge TV, but channels did not work and Netflix sometimes struggled with the internet. It lacked a coffee maker.
