Como todos hotéis em montanha tem escada para chegar nos apartamentos.

A localização é excelente, próximo da estação de El Colorado. O quarto é espaço, com sofá e armário. A cozinha tem o essencial, apesar de ser tudo muito contado (podia ter pelo menos sal e açúcar disponível). E a vista do quarto era espetacular.

O hotel pede o pagamento em dinheiro vivo para não cobrar o imposto de IVA.

Unimpressive, almost no English. No towells, no toilet tissue! Hired 1 towel usd6. No restaurant at Habatimar, no restaurant open at resort! No shop food open! They said 3 min drive to Ski resort La Parva, has restaurant and minimarket. Drive was 11 mins on google. Bought a few items including toilet tissue! Paid USD1040 cash for accomodation, showed passport and immigration form verify vat deduction. She would not accept credit card to obtain the 19%vat reduction. Then paid usd200 cash deposit! This is amongst the worse places with 4 star rating I’ve been to! Wifi hard to connect. Doesnt work in the main room, only in the kitchen. At La Parva, the minimarket is very small, no clear signage. Next, can’t unlock room door, can’t run stove! Room unlocked! She said to pull ? Still don’t get it? This item repaeated itself a few times! Stove won’t go! Called her in & she showed us how to use stove and left. Stove still nogo, got her back, seems we need saucepan on hotplate too to work! Although the room felt warm when we arrived it soon became cold. Heater sign said leave set to 19-20 but it was at about 22. So increased just enough to activate the thermostat and later it was too hot. Shower time, notice says short shower or hot water runs out! Overall, bring your food, grog and necessities. Expect issues with parking your car. Expect a very difficult drive up the road (it's very narrow and the worst road to a ski resort I'd driven on).
