I traveled with my mom and it was nice to have our own little apartment with separate bedrooms. The neighborhood was really pretty, especially with fall colors (in November). The small bathroom had toiletries provided and a great shower. The living room and kitchen had comfortable seating to hang out in/enjoy a meal. This place had both AC and heat which was great with swings in autumn temperatures. We even saw a pretty hawk flying out back by all of the trees. Rooms had curtains and street noise was minimal. There are steps out back up to the apartment from the parking lot, but it is on the first floor, so as long as you have someone who can carry suitcases up the stairs, it works for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.
Being told suddenly that I had to make a deposit outside of the Booking app that was not listed in the listing or when I booked because a previous guest had a party was pretty annoying. Booking was able to confirm it wasn't a scam and that I would get my money back (which I did). The kitchen walls and ceiling were dirty with some sort of beverage and the host indicated previous guests apparently had an unauthorized party. I did notify the owner/host so they should have taken care of that by now. The microfiber sheets were hot/sweaty and stained so if you want cotton/no stains, bring your own sheets. My mom tripped on the kitchen rug because it was rolling up on one end, in the walkway. The back room was dark and there was no way to turn on the light. The fan/light remotes were missing batteries. Only one closet had hangers and was usable. Parking wasn't always available in the back.
