A home away from home! Situated 15 minutes from downtown Indy, 5 minutes from Broad ripple, and blocks away from Butler University along with the Monon trail, it’s the best type of convenience. The open floor plan is perfect for large parties to gather and make memories. When it’s time to relax, enjoy an electric fireplace and a gigantic bean bag. The entrance to the home will take you right into the living room and dinning room. The open floor allow easy access to the kitchen, living room, and dinning room. Enjoy some free coffee with your breakfast. The three bedrooms are located off the main hallway which leads to the backyard and the basement.

Short uber ride anywhere downtown but enjoy the quiet of being right outside of downtown.
