Spazi ampi, pulizia, aria condizionata di alta qualità ,posizione buona rispetto al centro e quartiere silenzioso.
Muri molto sottili e si sentono molto i vicini, cuscini scomodi.

L’emplacement et le parking
Ce n’est pas un loft mais un studio avec mezzanine. Non isolé phonétiquement : on entend les conversations des voisins comme si ils étaient à coté de nous dans le lit. Pas de rideau opaque a la fenêtre
