la recherche des clés à l'agence à plus d'un kilomètre, et une erreur d'adresse. Une boite à clés sur place serait plus pratique. Des nuisances sonores des voisins. Appartement mal insonorisé. (bruit de couloir et de porte).

Compleet, heerlijke bedden. Prima locatie.

-Underground parking space near the door (note for future guests - you have to go int apartment first to get the key to open the garage door) -Canico was nice, could walk to restaurants & close to man road. - kitchen equipment was good (a tumble dryer would have been epic as we had a lot of rain!) - hot & good shower - one good mattress (second bedroom mattress not as good but ok?

1. Check in process over complicated. Suggestions on how to improve: lock box in accommodation building. Pictures of lock box location sent with address & number of box with code (was lost in numerous emails) & Pictures of accommodation main entrance and explain that need to collect garage key from apartment first so need to park on street 2. Someone was in our parking spot day of arrival. 3. Ants in the kitchen, reported to host and was asked where are they coming from … reviews suggest this is a long standing issue so feel this is inappropriate to only be trying to work out now. 4. Noise / sleep quality - at mercy of weather (it was very rainy & windy and rooms being in the roof meant very loud) and neighbours (very thin walls, we had no major issues overnight though) 5. Strong smell of bleach on arrival…. But then bathroom did have constant bad smell. 6. More toilet & kitchens roll provisions 7. Add hanging clothes rail in second bedroom & some clothes hooks. Bottom draw handle in blue room still broken despite being mentioned in previous reviews. 8. Cleaning products for us to use & dishtowel - known issue with Ants, help guests to keep clean.
