Van binnen een mooi huis met veel ruimte en recente verbouwing waardoor proper interieur.
Gehorig huis door dunne wanden, vooral met een gezin. Van buiten lijkt het net een houten bak en wordt snel heel warm binnen, airco was kapot. Het wordt buiten niet goed bijgehouden, overal spinrag en viezigheid.
