Gute Lage zu Öffis,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Restaurants.Fahrstuhl,Waschmaschine.Für uns alles da in der Küche.Sind eh essen gegangen.Große Wohnung.Nachts meißt ruhig.GroßeTerasse.Freundlicher Vermieter.
Dusche tatsächlich renovierungsbedürftig.Wir hatten etwas Pech mit der Hitze im DG.Der Vermieter hat uns zum Glück 3 Ventilatoren hingestellt.Terasse war durch die Hitze nicht nutzbar.Ging sicher vielen Leuten in der EU so. Nachtruhe von 23.30.-5.30 Uhr ist zu kurz.Im Hinterhof laut streitende Leute,auch mal Technomusik.Am Abreisetag um 6.10 Uhr laute Reinigung in einer Nachbarwohnung.

Posizione ottimale, bel palazzo da fuori, host gentile e premuroso,letti comodi. , ascensore comodo. Abbastanza pulito, piastra induzione., bollitore e macchina caffè. Silenzioso, ci sono molti locali e la metro è a 100 mt, tram e bus a 10 metri.
Bagno piccolo ma efficiente ,edificio abbastanza vecchio e trascurato da dentro , manca condizionatore ,ma ci sono i termosifoni. I Ganci nel bagno non ci sono e servirebbero. Servono le zanzariere. Cuscini della cameretta da sostituire.

La ubicación rodeada de restaurantes cafeterías panaderías y supermercados hay que caminar para llegar al casco histórico peto la avenida es tan bonita que no te das cuenta cuando llegas realmente hermoso

Понравилась спальня, много света и высокие потолки, а также большой шкаф для хранения. Расположение по отношению к центру удобное - пешком можно добраться до разных магазинов. Понравилось что было всё для завтрака.
Не понравилось - коридор, он тёмный и как после войны - куча дыр в стенах, не уютно от слова совсем. Так же нет окон, и в ночь вставали открыть велюксы по скольку не хватала воздуха. Нам стала плохо. Не работал лифт в здании и мы поднимались на последний этаж пеша.
