Lovely stay!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of Lucca. The photos are an accurate representation of the place. We particularly enjoyed the extra “touches” like the fresh fruit, drinks in the fridge and the Illy coffee capsules left for us. Definitely recommend and would return! Francesco was also genuine and helpful, meeting us in the parking lot and helping with bags, both to and from the apartment.

Fantastic - wish we had been there for more than one night!

Host met us in person and was very accommodating of our logistics and very helpful. The apartment is beautifully furnished and luxurious - well beyond what we were expecting. Located right on the edge of the charming old town, it was a perfect base from which to discover Lucca. The roof terrace for sunset drinks was a bonus!

A stylish stay in Lucca!

The apartment was beautiful and in a good location inside the city walls. Recently renovated, it was finished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you may need, including use of laundry facilities. The apartment was tastefully decorated, and had some of the most comfortable beds/bedding we have ever slept on. In fact, we had to drag ourselves out to see the sights of Lucca, it was quite tempting to stay indoors! Francesco was a fantastic host, and great with communication, he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He even took us to airport early on a Sunday morning because we couldn't get a taxi. Which we appreciated immensely!

Be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs, Francesco did offer to assist with our luggage which helped. Also, be exact on the time that you wish to check in to the apartment, although we gave a very good estimate, we ended up waiting outside for 20mins which unfortunately wasn't the best start to our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Luxury stay

Beautiful apartment, everything is brand new! Lots of luxury—the appliances, the decor, the mattress is plush memory foam and brand new deluxe bathrooms. A real gem! Very easy to work with the property owners, very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.

An exceptional apartment in a beautiful building with a very modern interior of high quality finish. Located in a perfect location to explore all that Lucca has to offer. Franz was a wonderful host, and his recommendations for dinner were perfect.

The stairs, around 5 flights, however Franz helped us in and out with our luggage, and the exercise was welcomed after the days of eating lots of delicious food!

If the Suite is available, look no further, just book it!

The apartment is phenomenal and the owner went beyond our expectations! Wow! Amazing stay from the moment we made the reservation until the moment we had to leave. We really hope to be back at Private Suite 82.

Absolutely loved the apartment and will be returning.

The apartment was very modern and very stylishly decorated. The amenities all exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many apartments in Italy and this was by far the best. In addition Francesco, the apartment owner, was extremely helpful and even carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like.

Amazing,comfortable place and wonderful host

Very spacious, comfortable beds and all rooms were of a good size with its own private bathroom😁 modern design with all the things we could need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop was amazing and the perfect bonus for us sunloving people, it had sun the whole day and comfortable outdoor furniture😁

Une location idéale en famille ou entre amis. Perfetto

Tout. L’accueil par des hôtes charmants. L’appartement magnifique. Il ne manquait rien. Tout est vraiment bien pensé. Les peignoirs dans chaque chambre au nombre de convives, la literie hyper confortable, le sauna, l’emplacement à 2 minutes de la Piazza Napoleone. La terrasse. Tout cela dans un état de propreté irréprochable. Bref une prestation +++. Je ne peux que vous conseiller cette location pour laquelle, j’ai beau chercher, je n’ai aucun élément négatif à formuler pourtant je suis très très très exigeante.
