The location was great, it was quiet, easy access to activities and places to visit. We had plenty of space for our family of 7 and 1 guest. The host was quick to respond when we came across an issue with the main floor tub. He communicated clearly everything we needed to know to make the trip a success.
The kitchen supplies could use a little help. When cooking for 8, you need bigger serving plates, large mixing bowls, and pots and pans. There was only one oven mitt, so had to improvise to get something out of the oven. Otherwise, plenty of silverware, plates, cups, etc. We would have appreciated air conditioning on each level too. It got really stuffy on top floor and the basement.

The location was ideal! And Luis was so responsive when we had any questions—both before, during, and after. He went the extra mile to have his staff look for a lost item one of our guests left behind!
