La vivienda está muy bien e incluye todos los elementos que se esperan para una estancia con amigos o familia. Además se encuentra suficientemente apartada como para no molestar ni ser molestado por otras personas pero en coche se llega muy rápido a Sonseca. La comunicación y el trato con Gregorio ha sido muy positivo desde antes de llegar, en el recibimiento y para la salida.
La basura hay que irla llevando al pueblo ya que no hay cubos de basura más cercanos.
